Saturday, October 17, NK4 is only about getting out the vote - EARLY - to make sure everyone votes. When we vote, we win.
The NK4 coalition, which includes Indivisible National, is not a protest. They’ve hosted that three times. We’ve all been there! NK4 is about PROTECTING the VOTE.

We have four ballot box costumes made by members - one for each location. We need people to hold signs with the GOTV theme (please, no other themes - see sample sign messages below).
WAITSFIELD FARMERS’ MARKET - We have 3 folks signed up to mingle with the crowd. One will be Uncle Sam (remember him from the Warren Parade in July?), one will be wearing a ballot box and the third answering questions, chatting up early voting, etc. That location is full but give them a high five if you see them! 10am - 12pm
WARREN VILLAGE - we had plenty of folks sign up at our Monday Monthly meeting so if you can sign up for the next two locations… that would be great. OR… You are still welcome in Warren! 11am-12pm
WAITSFIELD VILLAGE - In front of the Church! 11am-12pm
MORETOWN VILLAGE - in front of the elementary school. 11am-12pm
NK4 SIGNUP is coming! We hope you can join us for an hour of Visibility with your GOTV signs and your enthusiasm!

Throughout the month of March, IMRV team members sent daily emails illustrating their artistic process and the end results. It was wonderful to see the range of artwork from our contributing members, along side fascinating write-ups and videos of each artist’s process.
In the end, Team IMRV raised $4,200 towards CVRAN’s total of just over $95,000, which will go toward welcoming and providing support to refugees, immigrants, asylum seekers, and migrant workers living in, working in, and visiting Central Vermont.

Indivisible Mad River Valley (IMRV)is a group of concerned citizens in zCentral Vermont, organizing and taking action on a variety of statewide and national issues. No prior experience with activism or organizing is required to join.
2026 elections are coming. Lean Left along with IMRV have been implementing a multi-year strategy to flip North Carolina blue at every level of government. And we mean business. It’s going to take you and any friend you can sign up to join us. We need your referrals!
Republican Thom Tillis is not running for his US Senate seat. However the good news is that popular former NC Governor Roy Cooper, Democrat, is running. We have a really good chance to win a senate seat. Are you ready to help?
Our focus is fundraising for one of our most important local partners, Down Home North Carolina, a well-vetted group which focuses on multi-racial small town and rural areas (Vermonters know how important that is), knocking on doors and connecting with NC voters about critical issues that affect their communities. With an open US Senate seat and multiple competitive house and legislative races, early organizing in NC will be crucial for turning back the tide of MAGA extremism and returning sanity to our politics. We can do this. We need to win elections and that’s where you can play your part.

By 5:10pm Friday night, the planning crew along with the worker bees were feeling jittery. Would folks come out on a beautiful Vermont day to bid on art? And the answer came back - OMG YES!

VT State Treasurer Mike Pieciak (pronounced PeaCheck) spoke about the fund he helped to create - The Vermont Immigration Legal Defense Fund - with cheers and claps from the large crowd. If you haven’t met Mike, we highly recommend you reach out to him.
The bar was hopping, Peace Burger was busy serving smash burgers and the bids were flying! So many thanks to afterthoughts for donating the amazing space. Granville Daze played music all night pro bono - original songs with current political lyrics.
The team who pulled this together. They were busier than a snake in a landslide! Lani, Laurie, Lisa, Karen C, Karen N, Judi, Tisa, Brenna and Jeb. The IMRVers who showed up to park, welcome folks, cash out highest bidders, cheer folks on by talking up the art. Doug our fab MC. afterthoughts for the donated venue and popcorn (yum). Peace Burger. Granville Daze. Attendees who brought their competitive bidding attitude and giving spirit. The weather and the nearly full gorgeous moon.
]]>In just four weeks, neighbors, volunteers, and organizers from across the state brought this grassroots vision to life. Members of Indivisible Mad River Valley were among those who participated. We were united by our shared love for democracy and one another.
Along Route 7 in New Haven, the show of support was powerful. Enthusiastic people lined the road, carried signs, and honked and waved as the flag caravan passed.
The ceremonial flag was owned by Lyle F. Hurtubise, a WWII veteran and Vermont dairy farmer who landed on Utah Beach on D-Day. On June 14, 2025, that flag—and the one that draped his casket—represented not just Lyle, but all veterans and Americans standing up for civil rights, freedom, and justice.
The relay passed through 33 towns with peaceful gatherings in village greens, on mountain trails, and in front yards. What we saw that day wasn’t chaos or division—it was courage, community, and quiet strength.
We didn’t just carry a flag. We carried each other.
